New brands commit to JuniperWeb

Juniper and its industry-leading suite of digital solutions continue to gain momentum as 17 leading gift and home vendors have committed to adopt JuniperWeb for their B2B e-commerce website needs. JuniperWeb, launched in late 2020, is powered by IMC_di (International Market Center’s digital innovations division).

“We’ve seen significant vendor adoption of Juniper’s digital solutions and these most recent JuniperWeb commitments show a hunger for the advantages that our platform provides,” said Eric Dean, president for IMC_di. “The Juniper suite provides a full integrated solution that was built by and for the gift and home industries, providing the best possible user experience for sellers and buyers alike.”

JuniperWeb delivers proprietary e-commerce websites for wholesale vendors and sales representatives, enabling online product sales through a branded B2B website. It is cost effective, easy to maintain and integrates with the full suite of Juniper digital solutions.

“We recognize the importance of an attractive, reliable and user-friendly website, and the pandemic has made website and email marketing campaigns more important than ever,” said Jeff Roser, operations manager at Brownlow Gifts. “Through our permanent showroom, we found IMC_di, a team that speaks our language and understands our process. JuniperWeb simplifies our PCI-DSS compliance requirements through tokenized credit card payments and streamlines order processing through centralization of orders coming from both sales reps and the website.”

In addition to proprietary B2B websites, JuniperWeb offers a comprehensive sales agency package which includes e-commerce, sales automation and data management capabilities. As recently announced, 11 leading gift and home sales agencies representing 230+ top brands – CMA, J. Grob, Sales Producers, Simblist Group and The Link Companies’ seven agencies (Link2Sales, The Southern Link, The Central Link, The Northern Link, TMA Link, Total Accessories and Key Sales) – have committed to adopting JuniperWeb.

Along with JuniperWeb, the Juniper suite includes JuniperSales (software enablement tools for sales management), JuniperData (product information management) and JuniperCRM (customer management). In addition to these supplier-facing tools, JuniperMarket, a new B2B digital marketplace that connects buyers and sellers – anytime and everywhere – launches in Spring 2021.
