Gift for Life shares changes to its Board
Gift for Life, the gift, stationery and home décor industries’ sole national charitable organization, announced that Cole Daugherty of Dallas Market Center has been elected as Gift for Life Vice Chair and Meg Estevez of Emerald Expositions has joined its board of directors.
“On behalf of our energetic and very active board I am pleased to congratulate Cole and to welcome Meg,” said Matthew Katzenson, chair of the Gift for Life Board. “I look forward to working with both of them to raise funds for HIV/AIDS-related education, care and advocacy – and ultimately towards a cure.”
Cole Daugherty is a veteran member of the gift and home industry and long-serving member of the Gift for Life board, serving as co-chair for its Marketing & Communications Committee since 2006. He joined Dallas Market Center in 2002, and currently serves as senior vice President, marketing communications.
“My work on the Gift for Life board has been both challenging and fulfilling,” said Cole. “I welcome the opportunity to serve as Vice Chair and look forward to helping shape the strategy that will guide our fundraising efforts.”
Meg Estevez is a marketing professional with over two decades of experience in multi-channel marketing strategies management. Currently, she is the vice president of marketing at Emerald Expositions, managing NY NOW, the National Stationery Show and American Handcrafted shows. Her previous work experience includes serving as vice President/corporate director of marketing at NewBay Media.

Each year, Gift for Life hosts events throughout the U.S. benefitting the DIFFA’s grant making to fight HIV/AIDS.
