Las Vegas Market partners with The International Surface Event

A new partnership between Las Vegas Market and The International Surface Event (TISE) expands access to a fuller spectrum of home products in Las Vegas this January.

The Jan. 29–Feb. 2 Las Vegas Market at World Market Center Las Vegas — a home furnishings and gift market in the western U.S — overlaps with The International Surface Event (TISE), comprised of the SURFACES, StonExpo and TileExpo trade shows and presented Jan. 31-Feb. 2 at Mandalay Bay Convention Center.

“The synergies between TISE and Las Vegas Market amplify the sourcing experience for all attendees,” said Bob Maricich, CEO of International Market Centers (IMC), which produces Las Vegas Market. “It is a unique opportunity for the design and retail community to consider great design from the floor up.”

“The International Surface Event is pleased to offer a partnership with Las Vegas Market for 2023,” said Dana Hicks, show director of TISE. “Each time we partner with the Las Vegas Market, it is a win as it expands the product offerings and inspiration for the audiences we both serve. We look forward to hosting Las Vegas Market attendees and we invite everyone to discover what we have in store for them at INTLSurfaceEvent.com.”

Las Vegas Market will offer TISE attendees free registration to source thousands of gift, home décor and furniture brands presented in permanent showrooms and temporary exhibits at World Market Center Las Vegas as well as 40-plus educational seminars and events.

TISE will offer Las Vegas Market attendees free registration to the SURFACES, StonExpo, TileExpo trade shows with nearly 600 exhibitors at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. Attendees can purchase access to additional programming such as the Women’s Leadership Conference, TISE’s 16 Pulse Seminars and other events for an additional fee. The shows will offer free shuttle service between the two venues Jan. 31–Feb. 2.

According to IMC, the TISE and Las Vegas Market partnership further expands a citywide cooperation of leading design, construction and home improvement trade shows including Design & Construction Week (DCW) — National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) International Builders’ Show (IBS) and the NKBA Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) — and the National Hardware Show (NHS) all at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Maricich added, “The TISE partnership rounds out our cooperation with Design & Construction Week and the National Hardware Show to offer an unparalleled opportunity for buyers to source for the full cycle of design, building and furnishing. Cooperation in January 2023 allows these communities to come together for inspiration, education and relationship building like nowhere else.”
