Denver Mart cancels April events

The Denver Mart provided a statement regarding cancellations of trade events due to the COVID-19 virus:

The health, safety, and support of our staff, permanent showrooms, industry partners and patrons are extremely important to the Denver Mart. In response to the COVID-19 virus the Denver Mart is canceling the following Trade Events:

  • April 6, 2020 – Super Monday
  • April 5-7, 2020 – Denver Apparel & Accessory Market

All other Events both Public and Trade, that were scheduled to be held at the Denver Mart Facility in the next 8 weeks have been or, are in process of rescheduling. Please see the links below for details. At this time the Denver Mart will remain open for daily wholesale business. We are actively monitoring the situation, taking direction from the CDC and following local, state and national guidelines. Additional preventive measures including hand-sanitizing stations in each lobby, extra cleaning efforts for vulnerable surfaces, and disinfecting building-wide have been implemented. The Denver Mart is maintaining ongoing communication, regarding COVID-19 and providing CDC prevention information to staff members, clients, and partners.

The Denver Mart recognizes the importance of wholesale buying events and providing platforms to facilitate commerce. We are focusing on ways to help our industry connect, to provide the necessary support and information to our permanent showrooms and prepare for the success of our upcoming events. We encourage buyers and patrons to reach out directly to showrooms, here at the Denver Mart, to make and confirm appointments.

Sincerely,
Denver Mart Management
