Spring brings Stationery Trends’ annual National Stationery Show (NSS) issue, and we are really excited to put together yet another exciting show edition. Please read on to learn how you can become a part of this all-important edition, also available for download here.

It details not only what the issue covers and the resolution of photos we need, but deadlines and the accompanying information we require. Please take just a few minutes to review it before sending art, and be sure to send accompanying information at the same time you send art

Our cover story is our annual market style update, which will examine design trends within the Baby, Bridal, Greeting Cards, Holiday and Gifts categories. We are also covering Pantone’s color of the year for 2016 — Rose Quartz & Serenity — and our annual NSS Look book will be looking at important colors of the year as well as new exhibitors and #fresh highlights. Once again, our look book will be replicated online and is a must to submit for if you are exhibiting at the show. Please be sure to include your booth number if you are an exhibitor!

I welcome the use of image transfer services such as wetransfer.com. Stationery Trends’ parent company, Great American Media Services (GAMS) also has an FTP site: upload.greatamericanmediaservices.com. Please zip all images and info into one file so that it only needs to be downloaded once.

*Because of the volume of art I receive, I limit each submission to 20 images. Please make sure that the images you send meet our specs, and that you include all info on your product and how to get in touch with you at the time you submit.
