Kristi Dannelley, COO
Incredibly Charming Paper & Gifts
Little Rock, Ark.

1. When and how did you start working in this business?
I started in the printing business in 1998 as accounting manager for Magna IV Communications, eventually becoming COO. I’ve always had a personal fascination with all things stationery and felt that Magna IV’s wide variety of printing capabilities—including offset, digital, letterpress, wide format and die sublimation, along with Web development and hosting — put us in an opportune position to launch a paper and gift line.

In May 2012, we partnered with a local established gift and stationery company to launch IC Personalized. When that company liquidated, we discontinued the partnership and rebranded the line Incredibly Charming Paper & Gifts (ICPG). Several paper and gift industry veterans came on board, and we decided to complement the personalized line with a general gift line of Grab & Go selections. The results have been fantastic, and we are thrilled to be able to offer customers an extensive product collection that is designed and manufactured in one location.

2. What is your signature style?
Our designs lean towards bright colorful patterns with a hint of what we like to call “whimsical charm.”

3. What are your most popular offerings?
Personalized cell phone cases are the best sellers for our Personalized Line, and the “Life Needs More” collection of beverage napkins, cups and hand towels have been a hit in the general gift Grab & Go line.

4. Please share the direction your line will be taking.
Product development is one of our favorite things to do at ICPG, so look for continued new products in both the Personalized and Grab & Go lines. Embroidery capabilities have recently been added, so we are excited about expanding the personalized line to include more apparel and bags.

Aesthetically, ICPG is fortunate to employ several designers who have extensive experience in the industry so we look forward to establishing the brand as a fresh and trendsetting option.

5. What are your top three tips for success?
Top-notch customer service, the ability to adapt and respond quickly and application of sound financial management principles.
