Stationery Trends and Gift Shop Plus prepare to honor Gift + Stationery 40 Under 40 honorees
Stationery Trends and Gift Shop® Plus have announced that the highly anticipated Gift + Stationery 40 Under 40 Awards will once again be held in-person on July 24, 2022 in partnership with Las Vegas Market. This year, the event will be a celebration of current, past and future honorees and will provide an opportunity for industry leaders to connect and network with others attending Summer Las Vegas Market.
“We are thrilled to be able to bring this award ceremony back to an in-person event and thank Las Vegas Market for hosting and their continued partnership. The Gift + Stationery 40 Under 40 Award reception will be open to all classes since the inception of the award in 2017,” Julie McCallum, editorial director for Gift Shop Plus and Stationery Trends said.
Honoring Past, Present & Future 40 Under 40 Classes
This year, the 40 Under 40 Class of 2022 honorees will be celebrated in-person at the Summer Las Vegas Market event, during the Gift + Stationery Week virtual event in August and in both the Gift Shop Plus and Stationery Trends Fall 2022 magazines.
Gift Shop Plus and Stationery Trends are currently accepting nominations for the 40 Under 40 Awards, which honor 40 outstanding individuals making their marks in the industry — who are demonstrating leadership, innovation, creativity and commitment. Nominate yourself or someone you know to be part of the Class of 2022, the deadline is May 20.
The Gift + Stationery Week, a virtual event, will run Aug. 9-11 and will provide retail professionals the opportunity to learn more about trend forecasts, diversity in the industry, and the state of the industry. This event will also honor the 40 Under 40 Class of 2022.
The Gift + Stationery 40 Under 40 awards are sponsored by Mud Pie and Las Vegas Market.
About the Gift + Stationery 40 Under 40 Awards
Launched in 2017 by Gift Shop Plus and Stationery Trends, the Gift + Stationery 40 Under 40 Awards recognize the next generation of specialty retail industry leaders. The awards are open to all segments of the industry – from retailers and manufacturers, to designers and industry associations – with honorees selected based on leadership qualities, creativity, innovative thinking and commitment to the industry.
