Shoppe Object returns to New York City Aug. 2-4 at the Starrett-Lehigh Building (11th Avenue between 26th & 27th Street), uniting a global community of more than 900 independent and global brands — up from 850 last summer — with top buyers, interior designers and industry tastemakers to discover the best in home, design, lifestyle and gift. The two-floor, three-day event offers a unique lineup of makers, designers, and collections shaping the future of retail.

Where discovery drives business

At this edition, attendees will meet a dynamic mix of returning favorites, emerging brands, international artisans, and exclusive showcases. 55% of the summer 2026 lineup chose Shoppe Object as their only U.S. show, designated onsite with an ‘Only in New York’ symbol. There will also be more international brands than ever, with over 500 exhibitors coming from 50-plus countries outside the U.S., including Ukraine Designs, Ghana Showcase, Indonesia Showcase, Japan Selects, Tsubamesanjo, Best of British, and MADE51, an initiative by the UN Refugee Agency connecting refugee artisans with the worldwide market.

“As we unveil our biggest brand count ever, I’m most proud of the fact that more than half of the exhibitors this edition chose Shoppe Object as their only U.S. trade show — that’s not a coincidence, that’s the result of a real commitment to our strategy. We want buyers to know that coming to Shoppe means seeing people and products they won’t find anywhere else, including hundreds of international brands from more than 50 countries,” said Jesse James, founder and president, Shoppe Object Series, and SVP Creative, Experience & Innovation for ANDMORE.

Spotlighting diverse voices & creative perspectives

“Every market has its own energy, and this edition feels especially exciting because of the incredible mix of new voices, returning exhibitors, and genuinely passionate people joining us in New York,” said Renata Bokalo, Shoppe Object’s Show Director and founding team member. “We want buyers to feel surprised and inspired as they walk the show to source for their upcoming retail seasons. Creating moments of discovery and connection has always been at the heart of what we do.”

Key moments and showcases that embody this spirit include:

  • NOURISH: a collection of the latest and greatest in beauty and gourmet.
  • Global Artisan Project (GAP): showcasing global goods from brands dedicated to preserving craft techniques, supporting artisan communities, and celebrating the beauty of handmade.
  • Black Lives Matter Action Initiative (BLMAI): fostering a more representative home and gift market by sponsoring talented Black designers and business owners each season.
  • Artist of the Season: Naomi Clark, whose paintings explore emotion and expression with bold color and movement on and off the canvas, will be onsite with an experiential installation.

An experience defined by care and intention

  • Film Screening: Handmade Future, the award-winning documentary by Kirsten and Brandon Dickerson of ARTIST & NOMAD, following artisans in six countries rebelling against fast, cheap production to protect heritage craft, responsible trade, and human connection. Sunday at 6:30 PM with a Q&A with the creators to follow.
  • Cafés and lounges including the Shoppe Lounge, Sunset Lounge, Library Lounge, Shoppe Juice Bar, Masha Tea Café, Onyx Café, and Shoppe Café.
  • Annual Showboat party in the New York harbor, setting sail Monday evening for show attendees, featuring a water infusion bar by our partners at Loonen.
  • On-floor custom experiences including live collage portraits with James Gallagher.
  • Museum Store Association and Fair Trade Federation cocktail hour.
  • Complimentary breakfast for exhibitors (8-9 a.m.) and attendees (9-10 a.m.) daily, in partnership with Nest.
  • Great dining options throughout the Starrett-Lehigh Building, such as the Olly Olly market on the ground floor at the new Yacht Club with rooftop terrace.

Shoppe Object’s commitment to fostering genuine relationships and creating a welcoming setting for business and discovery remains a defining characteristic for both exhibitors and attendees alike.
