Reps Are Local Too launches ‘Share the Love’ initiative with 3 appreciation weeks in 2026

Reps Are Local Too announced Share the Love, a new industry-wide initiative designed to celebrate the relationships that power the gift, home and lifestyle industry. The initiative introduces three dedicated appreciation weeks in 2026, inviting retailers, vendors, and sales representatives to pause, reflect and recognize the partnerships that keep the industry connected and thriving.

The Share the Love initiative includes:

Love My Retailers Week | Feb. 26 – March 1

Love My Retailers Week is a time to appreciate the retailers who bring creativity, commitment and community to everything they do. Together, the industry celebrates the partnerships that keep independent retail strong, vibrant and deeply connected.

Love My Vendors Week | May 4 – 10

Love My Vendors Week recognizes the vendors who bring creativity and craftsmanship to the industry and who consistently collaborate and innovate alongside their partners. This week highlights the relationships that serve as the foundation of strong businesses and a connected, thriving community.

Love My Reps Week | Aug. 10 – 16

Love My Reps Week is a moment for the industry to recognize and appreciate the sales representatives who show up with guidance, support and genuine care for their customers’ businesses. It is a celebration of the relationships that make this industry feel like family.

Throughout each week, Reps Are Local Too will create and provide ready-to-use collateral for the industry, including social media assets, email graphics and messaging tools. These resources are designed to make it easy for retailers, vendors and reps to publicly share appreciation, spark meaningful conversations and strengthen relationships across the wholesale community.

“Our industry is built on relationships, trust, and showing up for one another,” said Kelly P. Bristol, co-founder of Reps Are Local Too. “Share the Love is about intentionally celebrating the people behind the businesses. These weeks give us a reason to pause, express gratitude and reinforce the partnerships that keep our industry human, resilient and strong.”

Angela Schmook, co-founder of Reps Are Local Too, added, “This initiative reflects what we hear every day from our community. Retailers, vendors and reps want to feel seen and valued. These weeks create a shared moment for appreciation and connection, and we’re excited to see how the industry brings them to life.”

The Share the Love initiative was developed collaboratively by the Reps Are Local Too leadership team as part of its ongoing mission to champion local sales representatives and the independent retail ecosystem they support.

Additional details, downloadable assets and participation guidelines will be shared closer to each week.
