MarketTime appoints Terri Harwood as COO

MarketTime, the B2B sales enablement technology provider for the gift, home and toy industries, announced the appointment of Terri Harwood as its new chief operating officer (COO), effective immediately.

Harwood brings a background in directing overall business operations, enhancing  customer experience, and building a customer centric culture for multi-billion-dollar companies.  Her expertise spans operational planning and administration, productivity improvement, business transformation, customer satisfaction and retention, and strategic planning and analysis. With a history of exceeding business objectives, Harwood is poised to drive  MarketTime’s continued growth and innovation. 

Harwood joined MarketTime in December, affording her the opportunity to meet with customers across a variety of industries during winter markets.
