Dallas Market Center provides details on its March Markets

Dallas Market Center, a lifestyle marketplace in North America, provided details for its March Market, which includes Apparel & Accessories Market, Total Home & Gift Market, Dallas Western Market, and KidsWorld all taking place March 24-27. Buyers will discover new products across multiple categories at this combined show including women’s, western and kids fashion, gifts, home décor, gourmet, housewares, floral and holiday.

To support retail decision makers visiting from across North America and internationally, the marketplace will feature more than 30 new companies and expanding showrooms, hundreds of temporaries, business thought leaders, and lifestyle influencers. In addition, special events including product displays, trend tours and seminars will be offered.

“Now more than ever buyers want to discover new products and the hottest sellers across the full range of product categories. That’s why we have created a market experience only available in Dallas: combining our major events into one exceptional show,” Cindy Morris, president and CEO of Dallas Market Center, commented.

The March Apparel & Accessories Market marks the debut of fall fashion and also features an unmatched assortment of western and children’s apparel and accessories, plus gifts for all occasions, specialty foods, home décor and the last chance for full lines of holiday and floral. In addition to sourcing the latest and greatest items, retailers can also attend events, tours and seminars.

Feizy (WTC 102, 118) has expanded by 2,000 square feet. Added to The Gallery (IHDC 1D202) are the following: Stanton Gray, Somar Creations, Barnes Custom Upholstery, and Paul Montgomery Studio. And in the holiday and floral neighborhood, Roofian (IHDC 2F333) has expanded.

These showrooms join recently added exhibitors including Wild Rumpus Room, a collective of artisan studios that handcraft American-made home décor, tabletop items, jewelry and accessories; Storgio Ventura; Deck The Halls, Y’all-Lux Fragrance; Urban33; and Adaste Home. Recently expanded showrooms include Creative Co-Op; Kalalou; OneCoast; Road Runners; Erdos + Ko; Amity Imports; and The Botanical Mix. Surya has deepened their commitment to the market center with a lease renewal. The open-daily Surya showroom is located in WTC 560.

In the Shine personal care section, GoodJanes will debut. In the Accessories Temps, Sun Lovin’ Roots is joined by Esttia Brand, Jayley Collection, ElleGemz, Kinsley Armelle, Lauren Ferrell, Yochi New York, Hila, and Wolf & Rose. And in the 13th floor footwear temps Charles & David, Bernardo, and Lust for Life are new additions.

Western Highlights

Construction on the western marketplace is underway, with a grand opening celebration planned in conjunction with the arrival of WESA and the January 2021 debut of the western marketplace that features hundreds of western lifestyle brands and serves retail buyers from across the U.S. and internationally. New showrooms debuting in March include Kimes Ranch, Clint Orms and Ariat. In the 12th floor Western Temps new to market will be Burns 1876, Rural Cloth, and 1 Hide Bags.

Fashion Shows, Events and Seminars From Experts and Influencers

A full schedule of special events to inspire and educate buyers highlights the show in addition to the morning show DMC TV Live, which broadcasts each morning at 11:00 a.m. on campus video monitors and Facebook. According to a Dallas Market Center press release, highlights includes a giveaway, Lunch & Learns, Trend Fashion Show, Greg Simmons Fall 2020 Trend Report, Rhinestone Cowboy Fashion Show, Western Trend Fashion Show, educational seminars,  networking events and more.

Enhanced Market Amenities

To support buyer comfort and productivity, a number of amenities have recently debuted. Cell service and WiFi have recently undergone significant improvements in order to offer best-in-class connectivity for buyers conducting business inside the marketplace. The 13th floor Buyers’ Lounge has also undergone a complete renovation and now presents an open floorplan in the relaxation zone and business center. The new eTuk, a DMC mini food truck delivering tasty meals to new neighborhoods every day, will provide quick and tasty meals.
