So, it’s April already? I’m finding it hard to keep track of such details with everything happening in paper this year. In January, I hit Las Vegas Market with a group of select stationery retailers. Not only were we treated to the exquisite offerings to be found there, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the Primrose in Park MGM as you can see on the right, offering the priceless opportunity for us to hobnob café style in a beautiful, relaxed space.

The next day, it was back to Market … and a seminar with panelists Chandra Greer of Greer Chicago, Jennifer Rich of Oblation Papers and Press and Joan Schnee of On Paper. It was great to get their perspectives on what was selling and what they were finding in the aisles!

Las Vegas

I was home less than a week before it was time to head to New York
City for NY NOW and the inaugural co-location of National Stationery
Show there. The feedback I heard was nearly all positive; the new
setting brought fresh energy and the ability for attendees to cover both
beautiful shows.
