Emily McDowell Studio, maker of greeting cards and gift items that speak to what makes us human, has joined forces with The Madison Park Group, a leading stationery and gift manufacturer and distributor. Within the partnership, McDowell will retain ownership and creative control of Emily McDowell Studio with MPG handling operations, manufacturing, and sales & marketing from its Seattle, Washington headquarters.

Emily McDowell Studio will maintain its own brand identity, with its own product line, catalogs, trade show presence, and all existing Emily McDowell Studio national sales representatives and showrooms remaining in place. Charlie Wright, Emily McDowell Studio’s VP of Sales, will join the MPG team and continue to manage national sales, along with Alison Keefe, account coordinator, who will relocate to Seattle to provide further support.

In discussing the partnership, Emily McDowell commented, “Working with Madison Park gives me the opportunity to grow my brand and products in new, exciting directions, and allows me to focus more of my energy on the creative end of the business, which is a welcome change.
