Uttermost acquires assets of Handley Drive
Uttermost, a manufacturer and wholesaler of home accessories and furniture, has acquired the assets of Handley Drive, owned by Rick Janecek out of Dallas, Texas. Handley Drive experienced rapid growth over the past two years. Janecek will now join the Uttermost team as the creative director for its REVELATION brand.
REVELATION will continue to see product development from some of its other key designers, with Janecek focused only on this brand. Additionally, a portion of the Handley Drive product line will be on display in the REVELATION showroom at the upcoming spring High Point Market.
