With so many retailers and makers facing similar challenges right now, we encourage you to Share Your Story so we may share your story and help other independent retailers and creators in the industry.
Susan Jones from Mackans, a stationery, printing and gift shop, started as an office supply company but through the years, morphed into a business offering social and personalized stationery. It opened in 1974 and today is still family owned.
Since Mackans does not have a website, it utilizes Facebook and Instagram to share its merchandise with others. This option has continued through the pandemic and it also offers curbside, delivery and shipping services for its customers.
