Satya Nadella opens NRF 2020 Vision: Retail’s Big Show

Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, will deliver the opening keynote at the National Retail Federation’s 109th NRF 2020 Vision: Retail’s Big Show in New York City in January.

“At NRF 2020, we’re bringing together the brightest and most influential leaders from around the world who have a clear vision for the retail industry’s future,” said Matthew Shay, president and CEO for NRF. “Satya Nadella will kick us off with an inspiring session on how Microsoft’s success is built around a purpose-led culture and business model.”

Microsoft has participated in the NRF’s annual convention for more than 20 years and works closely with retailers of all sizes and types around the world to help them digitally transform. From driving the future of grocery with Coles, Kroger and Walmart to reimagining personal healthcare with Walgreens Boots Alliance and helping Starbucks drive personalized experiences for customers, Microsoft’s solutions across cloud, data, AI, modern workplace, mixed reality and IoT help retailers to deliver on the promise of intelligent retail by better understanding their customers, empowering their employees, enabling an intelligent supply chain and ultimately reimagining their businesses.
