OneCoast University opens at Dallas Market Center

OneCoast, a nationwide sales and marketing services company, opens OneCoast University, a brand new 2,600 square foot training facility located in the Dallas Market Center. With this major step toward their training initiative, OneCoast University will be home to its new hire, leadership, and technology training.

OneCoast University can accommodate groups from five to 50 people utilizing their high-tech projection and quality sound systems. The training facility was designed to be functional, yet lively and inspirational that captures the OneCoast spirit and its core values. In addition to the main training room, OneCoast University offers a kitchen area and small break out areas established for one-on-one sessions and conversation.

“The vision for this space came together through blending creative tones and textures to stimulate creativity through collaborative learning,” said Tahnya Douglas, director of visual merchandising for OneCoast and the primary leader behind the layout of the creative learning environment. The facility features the its iconic Culture Tree along with inspirational quotes that reflect its culture, all displayed throughout the design.

“OneCoast has always been focused on training with the goal of having its sales teams and all employees be the best trained in the industry,” said John Keiser, CEO of OneCoast. “With the establishment of OneCoast University, we will be focused on advancing our training efforts for all employees through our online training efforts and now on-site training.”

“We will focus on training our sales teams to be consultants to our retailers with focuses on visual merchandising, social media, market trends, and more while also focusing on harnessing technology to become more proficient in the positions,” said Keiser.
