NRF now offers Operation Open Doors, a guide for retailers on reopening stores. Operation Open Doors – Path to Reopen Retail, led by NRF and Seyfarth LLP, provides NRF members with tools and guidance that will help navigate opening stores after stay-home orders are lifted.

Guidance includes gradual reopening logistics, social distancing and safety issues and bringing employees back to work. Operation Open Doors also provides a checklist, which details key topics that retailers should consider when reopening. The checklist and other resources are available to NRF members beginning April 28, 2020 at 12 p.m. EDT.

NRF also offers members a state-by-state map that outlines coronavirus-related laws, executive orders, regulations and guidance governing store reopening for retailers.
