It’s all new at LAMKT

Rebranded LAMKT, the former California Gift Show will open Jan. 30-Feb. 2, 2016 with a new show floor layout, a new Saturday-to-Tuesday date pattern and a host of new product resources at the Los Angeles Convention Center’s South Hall. The show has undergone a complete transformation to bring Western region retailers a versatile product assortment, featuring top name lines, new product categories, California-made specialties, expanded global styles and artisan designs – all on one easy-to-navigate show floor. Backed by a promotional alliance with the LA Mart, the winter market will bring the best in new product resources to the West Coast retail audience.

“Retailers are consistently looking for new, local resources to stay one step ahead of the competition,” said Dirk von Gal, vice president of gift, Urban Expositions. “And that’s exactly what we’re going to give them. Our goal is to provide a trade show that meets the needs of our Southern California and western region retailers. We’re bringing together even more California-made products and also continuing to grow our world style sector to satisfy every facet of our customer base.”

Winter 2016 Show Highlights:

United we Brand

The growing selection at LAMKT comes together with the permanent showrooms at the LA Mart to offer western region retailers the top gift and home market in the west. Both venues will honor the other’s admission badges and provide complimentary shuttle service from select host hotels and between both venues.

It’s all in South Hall
Now housed entirely in the South Hall, the dynamic, expanded show floor will offer easier navigation and improved categorization of products, including Gifts, Design LA, Makers’ Market, Personal Style, Boardwalk, World Style, Vintage and Jewelry Cash & Carry. Retailers can also look for the new “California Dreamin’” spotlight, featuring California-made products as well as the show’s popular global resources, offering international styles and unique designs only found at LAMKT.
