Hong Kong International Stationery Fair moves to January 2023

With many pandemic-related travel restrictions remaining in place, exhibitors and buyers may have difficulty joining the Hong Kong International Stationery Fair (HKISF), originally scheduled for Jan. 10-13,  2022. As a result, the fair’s organizers have decided to defer the fair to the new time slot of Jan. 9-12, 2023.

The beginning of the calendar year has traditionally been the preferred sourcing period for the stationery industry in Asia. With new dates already confirmed with the venue at the start of 2023, the organizers of HKISF will now focus on optimizing the sourcing experience for buyers, including the introduction of popular product zones to reflect market trends. A Smart Office Zone will be joined by dedicated areas for Creative Art, Pen & Paper, School & Education and Gift Stationery.

Organized by Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, the HKISF is held annually at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. In 2020 the fair attracted 220 exhibitors and 17,800 buyers from 113 countries and regions.
