Basic Invite launches LDS-specific baptism invitations

Basic Invite, an innovative online stationery provider headquartered in Saint George, is expanding its product offering to include LDS specific baptism invitations. Basic Invite helps thousands of customers each month with personalized stationery for life’s major moments including everything from weddings to the holiday cards.

Basic Invite currently offers baptism and christening invitations, but this new line will be specific for a LDS baptism. Each design will contain the correct wording etiquette for the occasion by default. The design themselves have also been carefully crafted to match the look and feel specific to an LDS baptism vs. another religion.

“As a company, we want to make ordering stationery as easy as possible, and we believe that starting with a design with wording the follows the correct etiquette for the event makes the most difficult part of invitations just a little easier,” said Basic Invite’s CMO Eric Mortensen.

With over 15 million members of the LDS faith, Basic Invite looks to be the first company to offer instantly customizable invitations that are unique to the LDS faith. As with all Basic Invite designs, each element on the invitation will be able to be changed to one of over one hundred and sixty color options giving the invite almost unlimited color combinations. Customers will also have over 100 font choices as well the ability to upload photos for a real-time preview of each change.

Customization options do not end with colors and fonts. Basic Invite will offer optional card backs as well over 30 different colors of envelopes to choose from during the checkout process.
