MarketTime launches ‘Certified Vendor Partnership’ program

MarketTime, provider of B2B eCommerce solutions, announced the launch of its innovative “Certified Vendor Partnership” program. This initiative will connect MarketTime users with a curated network of top tier industry professionals and service providers, offering readily accessible resources and solutions to address common business needs.

Recognizing the diverse operational demands within these industries, MarketTime’s new program aims to streamline access to essential services. Initial partnership categories include, but are not limited to:

  • Logistics and Fulfillment: 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers
  • Data Management: Data entry and cleansing services
  • Technical Development: API development and integration work
  • Financial Operations: Commission and payroll processing support
  • Content and Administration: Content management and general administrative assistance
  • Technical Support: IT and technical assistance

This program is designed to save MarketTime users valuable time and effort in sourcing reliable external support, allowing them to focus on core business activities and growth. By vetting and certifying these partners, MarketTime ensures a high standard of quality and industry expertise.

MarketTime announced its first official Certified Vendor Partner: Core Elements. Core Elements provides pre-show and on-site support including help with software updates, network configuration, printer/scanner support, and more. This partnership comes at a time as the industry prepares for summer markets, offering immediate support to businesses who may be navigating their first show solely on the MarketTime platform, increased order volumes and operational demands.

As part of this exciting initial launch, MarketTime and Core Elements will be hosting an in-person “Pre-Market Tune-Up” for Order Writers on Monday, June 16th in room 462 in the Dallas World Trade Center. Choose from two sessions: 9:30-11:30 a.m. or 2:30-4:30 p.m. This event will provide insights and tips to help agency staff, salespeople and temp order writers prepare for a successful market season.
