Marisa is passionate about bridging the physical and digital markets through innovative technology and exceptional customer experience to enable efficiency and growth in her customers’ day to day businesses. Marisa is a wholesale marketplace vet where she led the digital revolution in the Apparel space at JOOR in the 2010s and is now expanding that footprint with Juniper by IMC in the Gift vertical. Marisa is the Vice President of Customer Success at Juniper by IMC overseeing all customer facing teams across Onboarding, Support, Account Management & Integrations – driving exceptional end to end customer experience. Marisa is a graduate of Florida International University in Miami, FL where she studied Business Administration and Marketing.
