Ann Gardner, owner and creative leader of Ringleader Paper Co. located in Irving, Texas, shared her story with Stationery Trends. Her goal is to create stationery and paper goods that motivate, inspire and are positive.

“Ringleader Paper Co.’s tag line is: ‘Positively Good Paper Goods’ because of their positive vibe. I help southern United States women connect with extended family through refined, modern stationery,” Gardner said.

Ringleader Paper Co. has focused selling strictly online since its inception. “Because of the pandemic, I’ve refined my social media messaging to be more about making connections, especially with loved ones far away,” Gardner explained.

She admitted that Zoom calls are fine, but “there’s something special about getting a handwritten note in the mail. It takes a little more effort but so worth the rewards of making someone smile.”

In lieu of attending shows, she introduces new products to buyers through email and social media. Ringleader Paper Co. communicates and connects with clients via these digital methods to also share specials and information regarding any new policies.
