Juniper offers webinar to meeting buyers’ needs

Juniper, a suite of powerful wholesale software tools powered by International Market Centers (IMC), is launching an educational component with its webinar focused on meeting buyers’ needs in today’s B2B e-commerce world. Scheduled for Tuesday, Mar. 30, the free, one-hour webinar, Seller Confessional – What Works (and What Doesn’t) for 2021’s Discerning Buyer, features leaders from gift and home décor brands in conversation with a digital expert from IMC_di, IMC’s Digital Innovation division.

“Digital wholesale buying and selling, and the tools needed to do that effectively, are new for many in our industry,” said Eric Dean, president of IMC_di. “By hearing from brands who are already embracing B2B e-commerce in our first webinar, sales agencies and manufacturers can better understand how digital tools can seamlessly fit into their sales techniques.”

Panel Discussion

During the webinar, Erin Glennon, CEO of holiday and gift brand Bethany Lowe Designs, and Cameron Feizy, senior vice president of rug brand Feizy, are joined by Brandon Ward, senior vice president of IMC_di, in a conversation moderated by Bill McLoughlin, editor-in-chief of Furniture Today. The panel will discuss how to ease common pain points such as selling online, cleansing data and managing inventory and outline a path to future success with practical and attainable tools and methods. They will discuss shared challenges and solutions aimed at keeping buyers engaged now and in the future.
