Denver Mart moves ahead with in-person January market

The new Denver January Market will host its first in-person trade market at the Denver Mart in 2021. The event is a lifestyle market will include Apparel, Outdoor and Western manufactures and sales reps, which will be held Jan. 19 -22, 2021.

Safety Protocols

Since returning to the building in May 2020, after the mandatory stay at home order, the Denver Mart has placed the safest of practices and procedures for reopening to B2B markets. The Tri-county Health Department that governs the Denver Mart has set the expectations and perimeters to operate according to the CDC guidelines.

Temperature checks at all entrances, mandatory masks, hand sanitizing stations, increased common area cleaning, and social distancing, all necessary steps will continue in 2021. Showrooms will follow an occupancy calculator provided by Tri-County Health to assist in controlling a healthy environment for all.

Markets

Until the traditional trade show model utilizing exhibition halls is allowable, the Denver Mart will continue to provide showroom space as an option for Temporary show exhibitors. “We have incredible permanent showrooms but also value the draw that our temporary exhibitors provide to all of our markets. Creating a space for them to participate safely and a way-finding system for buyers to locate those temps has been an easy obstacle to maneuver, thanks to our marketing guru” said Misty Flachman, general manager of Denver Mart Trade Shows.
