Record stand rebookings and the introduction of a Gifting Gallery in collaboration with the Giftware Association have been announced by the organizers of the 2017 London Stationery Show. “Stationery is on a high, and so are stand bookings for next year’s show after just two months, following this year’s successful event,” said organizer Chris Leonard-Morgan.

“One of the big attractions of the Stationery Show for exhibitors and buyers is its focus on writing and paper products, which includes all aspects of stationery – from social stationery and wrap to stationery gifts, home office products and notebooks, and from crafting materials and scrapbooks to the finest pens, pencils, desktop accessories and storage.” The London Stationery Show offers a product mix with a focus and depth unmatched by any other UK exhibition.

To extend its offer even further, the exhibition is introducing a gifting area at the 2017 show for the first time, in collaboration with the Giftware Association. Perfect for design-led social stationery and wrap suppliers, and gift and lifestyle companies with a stationery offer, it gives buyers even more reason to visit the UK’s premier event for paper and writing products. “Gifting and self-gifting is a big part of the stationery market and we are delighted to be working with the Giftware Association, a growing number of whose members such as Busy B, NPW, Luckies of London, Museums & Galleries, Padblocks and Two Little Boys already successfully exhibit at the show,” said Morgan.

The move follows feedback from buyers following this year’s exhibition. “I was very impressed by the calibre of product at this year’s show” commented Louisa Brenton, gift and stationery buyer for Bentalls, Fenwick Kingston.  “As a gift and stationery buyer, it was good to see a lot more gifting orientated product on display. I would love to see even more fashion stationery.”

“This is a natural development for the Stationery Show which is now in its seventh year and attracting increasing numbers of gift retailers,” said Morgan. “Writing and paper products make a fantastic gift.”

The 2017 London Stationery Show will take place at the Business Design Centre April 25–26.
