Great American Media Services named finalist in six Folio Magazine Eddie & Ozzie Award categories

Great American Media Services (GAMS) has been named a finalist in six categories for the 2017 Eddie and Ozzie Awards presented by Folio Magazine, making it the most honored publishing company for this year’s awards. Among the nominations are Stationery Trends for B2B Media Kit and Use of Typography, as well as Party & Paper Retailer for B2B Feature.

Stationery Trends’ Use of Typography nomination is for its new Trend of the Month Club mark, while Party & Paper Retailer’s honor is for its Glimpse of the Industry feature in the December 2016 issue.

“We are honored to be named a finalist in six categories, which is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire GAMS team,” CEO Matt McCallum said. “We strive on a daily basis to provide the best resources possible for the industries we serve, and it’s extremely gratifying to be recognized by our peers as an innovator and leader in the publishing industry.”

For more than 20 years, the Eddie and Ozzie Awards have celebrated excellence in magazine editorial and design across all sector of the industry. The Eddie Awards recognize the best in print and digital editorial, while the Ozzie Awards recognize the best in magazine and website design. For the 2017 awards, a panel of more than 300 judges selected finalists from among 2,800 entries. Winners will be announced on October 11 at the 2017 Folio Show in New York City.
