Gift and Home Trade Association Partners with Leading Service Providers

The Gift and Home Trade Association (GHTA), the industry’s leading non-profit trade association, has partnered with several leading service providers to offer significant discounts and sales incentives to its members.

Alamo, a premier rental car company operating in several countries across the world, will offer GHTA members 10 percent off rental fees, as well as unlimited mileage, on a wide selection of vehicles, including SUVs, luxury vehicles, and minivans. Similarly, Enterprise Rent-A-Car will offer 5 percent off rental fees and unlimited mileage based on location.

The GHTA has also partnered with Best Buy for Business, offering up to 30 percent off MSRP, T-Mobile, providing access to free phones and discounted rate plans, as well as Giftjobs.biz, an industry executive search firm offering discounts on job board postings and confidential executive searches.

“We have always had great benefits for our members at GHTA but it was time to add benefits that clearly save our members money,” said Denny King, GHTA board member and director of sales and key accounts for Ganz. “For the first time in our association’s history, the costs of our annual conference plus membership fees are more than covered by the savings from our new partnerships, and we are just getting started.”

To access all benefits, individuals or companies must be members of the GHTA. Benefit information, including promotion codes, association ID numbers and exclusive websites, is located behind the “Members Only” section of the GHTA website.

“As always, our board is working diligently to add value to GHTA membership,” said Marc Rice, GHTA president and president of The Southern Link. “The addition of the newly-announced First Friday webinar, the GHTA Health Insurance program and the special partnerships with each of these companies are just the beginning. I am thrilled with the continued progress we have made so far in 2011.”
