Countdown begins for biggest PG Live ever

The biggest ever Progressive Greetings Live show — which takes place from May 10-11 2016 — is now just two months away and is officially a complete sell-out, says show organizer Max Exhibitions.

With more than 250 fabulous publishers, artists and designers showcasing their latest collections, it’s no surprise that greeting card buyers from more than 50 countries, as well as the UK’s major retailers and leading independents, are already looking forward to exploring the jam-packed show.

More than 100 exhibitors are exclusive to PG Live for 2016, and the star-studded line-up is packed with some of the most exciting and dynamic names from the world of greeting cards, from Hallmark to UK Greetings and Paperlink to Woodmansterne.

The lineup of new and emerging publishers is equally impressive, with more than 120 ‘Springboarders’ coming together to showcase the very best up-and-coming names in the industry.

“We are incredibly excited about this year’s show,” said Warren Lomax, joint show director, “the support that has been shown to PG Live is fantastic. We have more publishers exhibiting than ever before, and they have ensured there will be fabulous offers, key launches and more than a few surprises in store!”

Plans are already in place for whole host of attention-grabbing initiatives which will be running at this year’s show, with a number of key industry celebrations taking place, from Carte Blanche’s 21st anniversary to Abacus Card’s quarter-century. And of course there’s no way the Queen’s 90th birthday would go unmarked by the industry’s most important trade show!

The famous PG Live hospitality remains as important as ever, and the fabulous free refreshments, delicious lunch and all-important opening night party mean that visitors are free to focus on the cards.
