Acclaimed letterpress greeting card company Sky of Blue cards debuts 2018 calendar, 2017 holiday collection

Sky of Blue Cards, an acclaimed letterpress company located in the San Francisco Bay area is pleased to announce the addition of a 2018 Letterpressed Desktop Calendar to its collection of fine greeting cards, stationery, gift-wrap, and specialty products. Furthermore, the company has released its 2017 Holiday Collection of greeting cards and gift and wine tags.

Inspired by trending and classic cocktails, each monthly card of the 2018 Desktop Calendar features a letterpressed image of a vintage cocktail etching along with the recipe and a historic or fun fact about the drink. Each cocktail etching and recipe is printed in either one or two colors with hand-drawn fonts lending a clean and modern look to the calendar. To display, the calendar cards slide into a wooden base hand-made in-house by Sky of Blue Cards. The 2018 Desktop Cocktail Calendar features rounded corners and comes carefully packaged in a sleek kraft box with a clear lid. A printed label affixed to the back of the box showcases images of the entire calendar year. The 2018 Desktop Cocktail Calendarwholesale pricing is $8 per calendar; $16 retail.

Known for her chic, fun, and whimsical designs, CEO and Chief Designer of Sky of Blue Cards, Karla Ebrahimi’s, 2017 Holiday Collection is just that! This season Ebrahimi has added six new designs to each of her holiday greeting card, gift tag and wine bottle tag lines. Once again using modern hand-written fonts, bold typefaces and minimal-colors per design, the 2017 Collection is clean, crisp and cheery. All designs in the 2017 Collection feature holiday phrases or sayings such as ³Santa ClausŠIs Coming to Town² and ³Fa La La² and are complemented with small festive motifs such as a sleigh, a reindeer with ornaments hung from its antlers, or a Christmas tree.

Sky of Blue Cards uses 100 percent cotton paper, a tree-free, natural, sustainable resource that minimally impacts the environment. All envelopes are made from recycled or partially recycled materials. Sky of Blue Cards utilizes responsible printing methods allowing a minimal amount of wasted paper, if any.
